In order to obtain the highest of safety standards, Organize with Jess, LLC has updated the cancellation policy of all scheduled consultations and sessions due to this unprecedented nature of the current environment.
Effective immediately, Organize with Jess, LLC has added a provision to our cancellation policy in regards to the ongoing pandemic and any other unforeseeable disastrous events that prevents either party from fulfilling their contractual obligations.
Until the time where the pandemic and virus have been sufficiently contained with no growing cases and use of proper vaccinations are in full swing, Organize with Jess, LLC will operate with this emergency clause in all working agreements for any scheduled consultations or working sessions.
We take safety very seriously and want our crew and clients to be as safe as possible during these working sessions, which is why we are instilling this cancellation clause to all working contracts going forward.
With that being said, any cancellations due to COVID-19 related emergencies will not face the financial penalty of the entire working session. Neither the client will be billed for this cancelled time nor will Organize with Jess, LLC be financially responsible for this cancelled session.
Each of these cancelled sessions will be rescheduled as soon as we can safely resume working within the client’s home without fear of spreading the Coronavirus to either clients or crew.
Last minute cancellations made that are not of a COVID-19 related nature or emergency, will be billed or paid out for that working session that had been previously booked.
