Jess Trott is the owner, lead consultant, driving force, and inspirational energy behind Organize with Jess, LLC.
She is dynamic, energetic, and intelligent. Jess exists to elicit action and empower assertiveness. She has had a passion for form, function, and organizing since she can remember and began sharing these skills professionally in 2011.
Melaney was raised here in Greensboro and graduated from the University of North Carolina in 2013. She joined the Organize With Jess, LLC team in October 2017. She enjoys working with clients and helping them create spaces that allow for less stress and more functionality.
Karen is a long-time resident of North Carolina and holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work. She and her husband relocated to Greensboro in 2016 and joined the Organize With Jess, LLC team in July of 2018. Karen enjoys being part of a hardworking team that helps clients rediscover spaces they once loved and how to achieve the functionality they envisioned.
Cari joined Organize with Jess, LLC in 2019. She brings to the team over 10 years experience in business management, merchandising, marketing, and special events. In her free time she enjoys creating art, reading nonfiction, and spending time with her Corgi mix Blanche. Cari holds a BA in history and political science from Guilford College.
Jessi is an Asheboro native and joined the Organize with Jess, LLC team in 2019. She graduated with her associate’s degree in interior design in 2020. Jessi and her husband love animals, spending time outdoors, and have two sweet rescue cats. She is passionate about advocating for others and helping them to create spaces that reflect the

Our mobile office, supply carrier and donation hauler. The van makes us far more efficient by allowing us to carry supplies, take away client donations and provides ample space for the crew to change, eat and work when necessary.
The Jeep is our MINI ME- Our Consultation truck, our downtown parking garage vehicle and provides the ability for us to have two crews running simultaneously. We utilize the Jeep on days we need to execute errands.
